Upon successful payment, your order instantly reserves the exact physical watch in our facility. Our fulfillment team typically packs and dispatches orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or you can check your Client Dashboard. Delivery times depend on the courier and destination, but generally take 2-5 business days domestically.

Absolutely. Timergy operates on an Exact Physical Traceability system.
Unlike standard retailers with "blind" inventory, we track every watch down to its unique serial number. When you place an order, the system locks that specific physical unit for you. You will never experience stock confusion or bait-and-switch scenarios.

TikTok Live Deals & Cart Expiry

During our TikTok Live sessions, we offer exclusive, heavily discounted prices on selected variants. These prices are only valid while the live session is actively broadcasting and stock is strictly limited.

Live Deals are time-sensitive.
If the TikTok Live session ends before you complete your payment, the live-price items in your cart will automatically expire. The system will prevent checkout to ensure fairness. To proceed, you must remove the expired items from your cart and add them again at their normal retail price from the catalogue.

Navigate to our Servicing page and submit a request. You'll need to provide details about your watch (brand, model) and the issue, along with clear photos. Our master horologists will review the request and generate an official quotation.

Not at all. Quotations are provided transparently for your review. You can safely accept or reject the quotation directly from your Client Portal. If rejected, no charges apply and your watch remains completely untouched.

Returns & Traceability

We accept returns under specific conditions (e.g., transit damage or verified defects) within a stipulated timeframe. Please contact our support team immediately if you face issues. Note that all watches are logged via their unique serial numbers, and returned items must perfectly match the exact physical unit dispatched to you.
